Décor Spectrum accepts all major credit cards, except American Express to process your payments. We also accept payments by Interac email money transfers as another form of payment. 


If you have a special request of an item in terms of size or color that you do not see on the website, please write to us @ info@decorspectrum.com. We could customize your items as per your requirement. Simply send us a picture of the item you would like made and we will be able to quote you its price and lead time.
Lead time for special orders can range from 8-12 weeks depending on size and complexity of your design. Full payment is due upon order placement.
Custom orders once placed cannot be canceled. Unfortunately there will be no refund issued once a special order has been confirmed and paid for.


At this time we offer shipping to all of U.S.A and within Canada only. Unfortunately we are not yet set up to ship worldwide.
Shipping is offered through various shipping companies including Canada Post Ground or Expedited Delivery, DHL, FedEx, Purolator or Canpar. You have the flexibility to inform us of the carrier of your choice via the ” send an enquiry button”. 
Your order can take between 7-14 days to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order and is the responsibility of the customer. 


Due to the delicate nature of the items, we can ONLY EXCHANGE a damaged item with the replacement of the exact same item. Kindly explain the nature of the defect in an email and send us pictures of the damaged items received, within 24 hours of receiving your order to enable us to process your refund seamlessly. Wholesale orders once placed and confirmed, cannot be canceled. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any orders being canceled or returned for reasons other than defects or damage. The cost of shipping the damaged item back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom orders: once placed cannot be canceled. No refund will be issued once the order has been processed. 
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom orders.

Legal Disclosure:

We may disclose your information as permitted or required to by law; for example:
To a government institution or other person or entity that has asserted its lawful authority to obtain the information;
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe the information could be useful in the investigation of unlawful activity;
To comply with a subpoena or warrant or an order made by a court, person or entity with jurisdiction to compel the production of information;
To comply with court rules regarding the production of records and information;
To our legal counsel.
Décor Spectrum reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. You should visit periodically to review any changes.


These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers. By accessing or using the Service you agree to the above terms and conditions.


Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Décor Spectrum who has no control over and does not assume responsibility over the content or privacy policies of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Décor Spectrum is not liable directly or indirectly or damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
It is strongly advised that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.


These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, kindly do not use the service.
